TWO OF MY FAVORITE
LADIES
ARE DELIGHTED WITH THEIR DIET

Its such a treat to get to interview two MBS
members whom I have admired for years. They are successful, vibrant women with hearts of
gold and dedication to fitness. And theyre just two of the many
membersincluding Michael Papamichael and his wife, Fran, who are experiencing great
success with the Diet at Your Doorstep plan we wrote about several issues ago.
To sum up, you
get five mini-meals dropped at your door every evening so that your next days menu
is complete. The diet is custom designed to your taste and the ingredients are
scientifically balanced so that by eating regularly, you actually lose weight.
Rita Roberts, 75, has always been a heroine of
mine. Her classic good looks, amazing history and caring nature have inspired me many
times when I thought times were tough.
Im down to a size 10, Rita says proudly. I
was pushing a size 16 slacks but in six weeks, Ive lost 25 pounds.
Rita also works out with Michael Frank, whose tough
but tactical training helped her lose pounds and inches.
Both aspects helped me get into shape,
Rita says, proving that its never too late to tackle your fitness goals. I
feel better than Ive felt in years.
I love the diet plan because you dont
have to think about your next meal, Rita says. I take my snacks on the golf
course with me and nibble on shrimp between hitting balls. Its very classy!
Rita loves the Oriental dishes, but says that all the food is tasty.
I originally signed up for six weeks, she says.
But I think Im going to stay on the program. Its not cheap, but I was
spending at least that amount on restaurants before.
Jolyn Sellers lost 10 pounds (where Jolyn?) for specific
reasons.
My ex husband had a stroke and struggled with diabetes,
the lovely blond says. I have cancer and diabetes running in my family so I decided
to take off those extra 10 pounds that put me at risk for disease.
Jolyn, 60, also stepped up her cardiovascular workouts to six days a
week, complementing her training with weights.
Ive noticed a HUGE difference in my energy level,
she says. My 40-year-old daughter cant keep up with me, says the
grandmother of three.
Ive even talked my boyfriend, Fred, into doing Diet at
Your Doorstep, she says. For me, its been a miracle. Im on the
road so much its hard to find healthy places to eat. This way Ive got my food
with meand its all delicious!
Jolyn says that shes really made her health a priority.
If friends want to go out to dinner, I ask them if we could
eat later so that I can come to the gym and do my cardio, she explains. You
need to make the time in your life to eat right and exercise regularly. Ive seen too
many friends and relatives come down with dreaded disease and Im going to do
everything I can to protect myself.
