THE 30-MINUTE EXPRESS CIRCUIT
"The times they are a changing”
Singer
Bob
Dylan
penned
these
words
to
one
of
the
revolutionary
songs
of
the
Sixties.
In
The
Times
They
Are
A
Changin’
Dylan
says,
“Then
you
better
start
swimmin’
or
you’ll
sink
like
a
stone.”
Those
telling
words
apply
to
all
of
us
especially
in
business.
“We
realized
that
we
had
to
make
changes
to
keep
up
with
the
current
trend
of
easy
in,
easy
out
fitness
facilities,”
says
Michael
Papamichael,
co-owner
of
MBS.
“We’re
bringing
in
a
new
line
of
exercise
equipment
that
will
enhance
and
improve
the
fitness
goals
of
our
members
in
a
way
that
produce
optimum
results
in
a
minimum
amount
of
time.”
“We
will
be
converting
Studio
#2
into
a
circuit
training
area
that
you
can
use
to
get
a
complete
30-minute
workout.
So
it’s
ideal
for
the
person
who
wants
to
use
his
or
her
lunch
hour
as
well
as
someone
who
just
has
a
half
hour
to
spend
in
the
gym
and
wants
to
get
more
bang
for
the
buck.”
The
state-of-the-art
circuit
training
system
called
the
“30-Minute
Express
Circuit”
has
specially
engineered
machines
that
offer
double
resistance.
It
is
an
enjoyable
and
effective
circuit
using
adjustable
hydraulic
machines
and
a
variety
of
cardio
stations.
The
equipment,
manufactured
by
Fit
Express,
is
their
“Laser
Series”
line.
The
“Laser
Series”
is
an
engineering
masterpiece.
Laser
cut
from
seven
gauge
steel
panels,
Fit
Express
commercial
fitness
machines
are
extremely
sturdy
and
will
offer
our
members
years
of
reliable
use.
This
concept
of
exercise
has
been
around
for
decades.
Originally
designed
for
high
school
football
players,
athletes
from
professional
baseball
players,
Olympic
athletes,
the
US
military,
the
Dallas
Cowboys,
professional
basketball
players
and
so
on,
have
all
used
it
to
improve
their
sport.
The
Express
Circuit
will
help
overcome
another
big
challenge
and
that’s
"lack
of
time"--for
those
individuals
with
a
busy
lifestyle.
The
best
way
to
achieve
that
is
to
double-up
on
the
exercisers'
time
by
simultaneously
giving
them
both
a
strength
training
workout
and
a
cardio
workout
at
the
same
time.
Hydraulics
do
things
that
other
strength
machines
don’t
do,
they
work
2
muscle
groups
instead
of
one.
One
group
when
you
push
the
handle,
the
other
group
when
you
pull
the
handle
back.
“It’s
also
a
great
way
for
beginners
to
get
the
hang
of
using
machines,”
adds
Papamichael.
“There
are
no
frightening
machine
parts
like
weight
stacks,
and
cams
or
clanging
weights
to
be
intimidated
with.
The
quiet
simplicity
of
hydraulic
circuit
training
machines
removes
that
fear.
It
gives
them
confidence
to
then
go
out
into
the
gym
and
use
the
whole
floor.
You’re
not
tied
to
class
times,
there’s
no
guess
work
involved,
and
since
the
equipment
is
adjustable
you
won’t
plateau.”
The
flexibility
of
the
circuit
training
system
is
one
advantage
but
the
equipment
itself
is
designed
to
give
you
a
full
workout.
Hydraulic
circuit
training
use
a
hydraulic
piston
to
provide
the
resistance
required
to
build
lean
muscle
mass.
The
beauty
of
a
piston
is
that
it
offers
resistance
in
both
directions,
thus
exercising
two
countervailing
sets
of
muscles
in
half
the
time.
Basically
put,
it's
a
lot
like
swimming,
the
harder
you
push,
the
more
the
machine
pushes
back.
You'll
Love
the
Workout...
And
the
Results
Results
happen
quickly
with
HRT (Hydraulic
Resistance
Training).
Within
a
week,
members
performing
a
simple
30-minute
workout
will
comment
on
how
much
their
energy
has
improved
and
it
isn't
long
before
they
begin
to
feel
stronger
and
see
changes.
The
circuit
fitness
and
circuit
training
combination
of
cardio
and
strength
training
provided
by
the
push/pull
action
of
our
hydraulic
fitness
equipment
allows
this
to
happen
faster
than
other
exercise
methods.
Variety
is
essential
to
keep
our
members
from
getting
bored
or
reaching
a
plateau.
The
variety
of
training
formats
and
resistance
settings
keeps
that
from
happening
with
our
Express
Circuit.
Hydraulic
resistance
training
offers
an
ever-challenging
circuit
fitness
routine
that
is
anything
but
routine.
Music
is
also
provided
to
help
pass
the
time
while
exercising.
Our
machines
will
accommodate
any
level
of
fitness
making
it
the
perfect
tool
for
group
training.
Because
our
members
are
able
to
train
with
friends
and
socialize
at
the
same
time,
relationships
are
built
and
friendships
strengthened.
The
adaptability
of
our
fully
accommodating
resistance
matches
any
strength
curve
or
fitness
level
and
assures
that
everyone
gets
the
perfect
workout
every
time
regardless
of
fitness
or
skill
level...no
more
remembering
equipment
settings.
H.R.T
offers
incredible
results
without
the
soreness
associated
with
other
methods.
Traditional
commercial
fitness
machines
with
weights
have
resistance
during
the
stretching
phase
and
causes
micro-trauma
to
the
tissue
with
subsequent
soreness,
and
can
require
up
to 48
hours
for
recovery.
With
H.R.T
muscles
always
experience
resistance
during
contraction,
not
during
the
stretching
phase.
H.R.T…exercise
without
pain !
To
recap:
Fit Express hydraulic fitness
equipment operates just as if you were swimming. Resistance is
provided by the machines in both directions when the user pushes
and pulls the exercise arms. Faster movements produce more
resistance; stop moving and resistance stops. Varying cylinder
adjustments are preset to provide multiple training formats for
better and faster results.
Getting optimum results
requires strength and cardio training, but the time required to do
both is prohibitive. The Fit Express hydraulic exercise equipment
will enable our members to get both an anaerobic and aerobic
workout since most people are too busy to spend 1 to 1 1/2 hours
on our standard health club equipment.
Here
at Michael’s Body Scenes, we found that people join clubs for many
reasons but relationships are what keeps them there. As with our
Group exercise classes, friends and relationships will be the result
of our hydraulic circuit training system.
So
now
there
is
no
excuse
not
to
add
health-giving
exercise
to
your
daily
routine.
If
you’ve
got
just
30
minutes
to
spare—and
who
doesn’t—give
the
“30-minute
Express
Circuit”
a
try.
