Joey Clemente first joined the gym 3 years ago and has been a fixture on the floor in the early evenings ever since.

After moving to South Florida from NYC, Joey pursued personal training before moving on to his present career. He is very active, with other interests including bicycling and sportfishing.

Joey has been a model member not only for his attendance in the gym and his presence at all of our social activities, but also for his willingness to lend a helping hand on the floor whenever a member seems to look lost or confused.

Security--Now more than ever we need to insure that only members enter and use the club. All others entering must pay a fee. After all wouldn't it bother you to know that while your are paying dues, anyone could just walk in without checking in and use the club for free.

Speed--The card swipe system is quick and efficient. When the club gets busy it is especially important. Our front desk staff has a great deal to do for our members like helping with purchases, providing info, and answering phones. It effects the whole process when they have to stop and check someone in who could have just swiped their card.

Staffing-- With the check-in information gathered from our system we can better determine the staff necessary to meet demand thus providing members with better service.

Like with many businesses, this is a critical tool for the efficient operation of the club. Just try to rent a movie at blockbuster without some sort of ID.

For those members that do forget to bring there cards, that is understandable from time to time. However simply walking by and shouting a name or number is unacceptable.

The same goes for members that are late for class. It is not the front desk persons fault that you are late. If you do not have your card please stop a moment, wait till those with cards have checked in and then simply ask the front desk person to log you in. Yes, you will have to wait a minute to verify some information but again that can be avoided if you bring your card.

In the spirit of all the generous donations people have given in the last few months due to the September 11th tragedy, we would like to remind you that the holiday season is upon us and we need to make children's hopes and dreams as well come true.

Michael's Body Scenes is again embarking its annual association with the FOSTER ANGEL WISH LIST PROGRAM OF PALM BEACH which we fulfill five (5) children's wish lists.

Underprivileged children seem to be forgotten and slipped through the cracks but here at Michael's we invite everyone to do their part in contributing a money donation so we can purchase their wish gifts. Lets make this a holiday season full of happiness and joy for them.
