Dear MBS members and guests,


As many of you know, new and veteran members, what sets our club apart
from others in the South Florida has always been our Group Exercise program. For over 22 years we have always tried to provide you with the latest and most efficient group exercise classes in the industry. We are proud to announce the introduction of a new class New "Tramp" In Town. This new class will not only put fun back into fitness but is a very intense and result oriented workout. The first class will be held on Wednesday Oct 13 at 5:30 pm by Master Instructor Abbie Appel.  Also by popular demand we will be adding a second class on Friday mornings beginning Friday Nov 5th at 9:30 am taught by certified instructor Stacy Rosen.
