TRX® Suspension Training® harnesses your own bodyweight to create resistance as you train.

Build core strength
Killer abs are great, but more importantly, having a strong core will prevent injuries, improve posture and increase overall strength. All of our movements are powered by the torso - the abs and back work together to support the spine during everyday activities and exercise. Suspension Training builds core strength with every exercise by creating an element of instability that calls on your core to provide balance and coordination.

Try out our new TRX Suspension Group Training ... One of the hottest fitness trends for 2009 & 2010! Come and see what everyone is raving about.
 
This is a training format designed by the Navy Seals and used by our military as well as professional athletes like the World Champion, Pittsburgh Steelers. But it is not just for athletes. Suspension training is so versatile that it can be used by beginers as well as advanced individuals.
 
New format now includes cardio along with strength training. This new format will be on Tuesdays at 12:10 pm, Wednesdays at 7:00 am and Sun at 8:30am. Sign up today!

 *Reservations required. Must have a minimum of 3 participants for the training session to be scheduled. Once the session has been scheduled then additional participants can reserve space on a first come basis until the maximum has been reached.  Call or e-mail to reserve your space or show up and pay that day to participate. 24-hour notice to cancel, please.

TRX Suspension Group Training is a great compliment to Personal Training. Purchase a 10 session punch card. Pay for nine sessions and receive one complimentary session at no charge. The cost for members for the punch card is $90.00 plus tax and for non-members the cost is $126.00 plus tax
