As we promised, in order to provide you with the latest and most efficient group exercise classes in the industry. We are proud to announce the introduction of a new class
Behind Barres. This new class fuses legendary fitness techniques from Pilates, Ballet, Body Sculpting classes and Yoga. The first class will be held on Thursday Oct 14 at 5:30 pm by Master Instructor Jennifer Schultz. By popular demand a second Behind Barres class on Thursday nights has been added. For those that can't make  the 5:30 pm class and for a short time we will be adding a second class at 6:30 pm. Both classes will be given by Master Instructor Jennifer Schultz. The brisk dynamic, no-impact movements will burn calories and fat while simultaneously build "bulk-free" lean muscle mass resulting in a body that looks and moves 10 years younger!

We will also be adding one on the morning schedule, to be announced soon. Read further down to learn more about this exciting new class. Please keep checking our Group Exercise Schedule that is available in the club as well as online for additional new classes coming soon.

BEHIND BARRES

 

Always wanted that long lean look of a dancer's body? This is the class for you. A fusion of Ballet, Pilates and the Lotte Berk method--a technique developed in the 50's in England by a German dancer. Designed to firm, tighten, and tone muscles and re-align the body without adding bulk. You will use the ballet barre, small hand weights and exercises on the floor, you'll work deeper into your muscles with lengthening and strengthening exercises which will help to create the body of your dreams.

Designed for all levels with small, repetitive and deliberate movements that will make you sweat, focus and push your muscles to a shaking fatigue. This is ballet on steroids!
