We want to help get you in the best shape of your life this summer!
Beginning Friday June 11, we will be kicking of our 12-week Fit Body Challenge. The purpose of this new program is to help you refocus your goals, make new friends and keep you active throughout the summer.
There is no charge to to sign up for the program. We will be
creating teams of 5 or more for the camaraderie and motivation of belonging
to a group. There will be prizes awarded for different categories such as
most weight loss, most percentage of bodyfat loss, most consistent workouts, best team spirit and much more.
Fit Body Challenge Rules

Starting measurements must be taken between June 7th - 11th (Or anytime a member joins a group) and final measurements must be taken by September 12th - 18th

Members are accountable for tracking workouts. Each member is required to complete 3 one hour workouts per week minimum or a total of 36 hours minimum for the 12 weeks. Workouts must be initialed by a staff member (Honor System Applies)

Workouts can consist of Group Classes, Weight Training, TRX Suspension Training, Boot Camps, Personal or Small Group Training, Spinning, Circuit Room and Orientations to the club.

Prizes will be awarded after all participants have been measured for their final numbers.
