EDUCATION

THE 30-MINUTE EXPRESS CIRCUIT CLINIC!

This complimentary half-hour clinic will be held on Saturday, Feb 4^th at 10:30 am. This Clinic will introduce a new or existing participant to the “30-Minute Express Circuit”.  The equipment are specially engineered machines that offer double resistance. It is an enjoyable and effective circuit using adjustable hydraulic machines and a variety of cardio stations. Learn how to exercise without pain, no more remembering equipment settings, get improved energy within one week. You'll love the workout and the results!
