STEP AEROBICS
This class consists of warm-up, 20 to 40 minutes of aerobics--involving stepping up and down on an adjustable platform, toning and sculpting, and cool down. Aerobic section varies from basic to challenging combinations. It is a low impact, high intensity cardiovascular workout that not only shapes, tightens, and defines muscles, but also burns the maximum amount of fat!

  STEP'N LOW
This energizing class is for all fitness levels!!! Wake up your routine with a challenging combination of step and low impact, designed to improve cardiovascular endurance. Add in resistance training for upper and lower body conditioning, and a set of abdominals, and you have a fun all inclusive workout.

  BODY POWER W/STEP
The ultimate challenge. Recommended for advanced students. Class consists of warm-up, upper body isolations with weights, step training (approx. 30 min.), low impact, high impact (approx. 25 min.), followed by floor exercise and cool down (Whew!!!)

  CIRCUIT TRAINING WITH STEP
Class consists of warm-up, followed by a 20 minute aerobic segment. From this point on aerobic conditioning is intermixed with strength training. Floor work and cool down is included at the end of class. A grueling 1-1/2 hour workout. Excellent for avoiding aerobic burnout.

  INTERVAL STEP
Thought you've seen it all with step? Try an intense workout that alternates intervals of step choreography with body sculpting routines for the upper and lower body. Guaranteed to challenge your muscles and stamina.

  SLIDE'N CORE
Add cardio to your CORE workout. Start with lateral cardio conditioning on the Reebok Slide for 45 minutes then complete your workout with 45 minutes of intense CORE training. For anyone preferring not to slide, you can always join in for the CORE portion of the class only.

  DOUBLE DOSE OF BENCH
Limited to 25 students. This double bench (two steps) class is designed to challenge the intermediate to advanced stepper by performing multiple skill patterns. This workout incorporates bands, dumbbells, and body bars for strength exercises.


  SLIDE N' SWEAT
Slip and Slide in lateral motion training. The newest form of aerobic conditioning. It is an exciting change from the traditional aerobic workout. Limited to 27 students. This workout incorporates cardiovascular and lower body conditioning through the use of a slide.
