SilverSneakers® I Muscular Strength & Range Of Movement
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase
muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held
weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair
is used for seated and/or standing support.
SilverSneakers® II Cardio Circuit
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with
a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic
tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair
used for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
LITE N' LIVELY LOW-IMPACT
The emphasis is safe cardio moves. The class involves low impact moves and includes
work with body bars, free weights & Spri® Xertubes. This class is geared towards
people who want to expand coordination skills, improve flexibility or recovering from a
minor joint problem.
LOW IMPACT
No jumping or running movements. (One foot is always in contact with the ground).
Class consists of a warm up, aerobics segment (approx. 30 min.), upper body isolations,
floor exercise and cool down. Fun and great for your heart.
ADVANCED LOW
IMPACT
Similar to low impact. Geared to the advanced student. One hour and 15 minutes of
energy. Longer, harder and stronger.
HIGH/LOW IMPACT
Aerobic class designed to increase cardiovascular fitness. Class consists of a
warm-up, followed by a low/ high impact section of combinations, upper body isolations,
floor exercises and cool down. Also fun and great for your heart!
ADVANCED
CARDIO-WORKOUT
Longer and harder cardiovascular conditioning. This class consists of warm-up, a
non-step pace of high and low impact combinations (approx. 40+), upper body isolations,
floor exercises and cool down. Geared for the very advanced student.
CARDIO DANCE
Have fun dancing and get a great cardio workout without even
realizing it. Your body will move and groove to modern, Broadway and hip-hop style dance
aerobics through an aerobic paced fun & energy packed workout, YO!! Come on in and
Jam! You'll love it!
CARDIO-LATINO AEROBICS
Some like it hot! Come take an aerobics class set to spicy Latin music and
have a lot of fun doing it. This fluid, compelling, beat-driven aerobics workout,
incorporates the steps to popular Latin dances. From south-of-the-border the rhythms of
Salsa, Mambo, Merengue, samba and more will get you hot and get you sweaty! Prior
experience not needed.
AFRICAN DANCE WORKOUT
The allure of African dance and music has withstood the test of time Fiery drum
rhythms, meaningful dance movements and memorable songs extend a compelling invitation to
share in this cultural expression and workout. Wear dance clothes/bicycle shorts/sarong or
fabric wrap. Barefeet. Accompanied by live drumming...

Each week a different instructor specializing in a particular
style of danceBroadway, Hip-Hop style,
