goal‑oriented fitness program for you here at Michael's Body Scenes.
I am an ACE Certified Personal
Trainer, (1998). 1 am also certified by Lifestyle Management/Dr.
Jane Pentz, as a General Nutrition Specialist, (1999), and have been
training myself for over 30 years.
Whatever your
goals/interests‑strength and conditioning counseling, nutritional
guidance, specific program development, design and implementation,
including but not limited to pre and post menopausal regimes; or
perhaps, water therapy, your pool or mine, together we will
accomplish them in a sensible manner. I offer you my expertise and
the guidance necessary to achieve success and elevate the quality of
your life.
In order to customize an
exercise program to your lifestyle and personal goals, you will
initially undergo a comprehensive fitness evaluation comprised of
flexibility, balance and body fat analyses.
The program WE especially
design for you will focus dually on developing proper, efficient
free weight and machine training techniques as well as integrating
dynamic no weight bearing exercises. Your unique program/regime will
also have additional emphasis placed on correct breathing, safety,
and posture. These exercises will create change, motivation, and
challenge in addition to a sense of wellness and having fun!
Exercise is as natural as
breathing; it is a lifestyle change that benefits us all‑no matter
your age. It's never too early or late to begin!
