the ballet
barre, small
hand weights
and
exercises on
the floor,
you'll work
deeper into
your muscles
with
lengthening
and
strengthening
exercises
which will
help to
create the
body of your
dreams.

levels with
small,
repetitive
and
deliberate
movements
that will
make you
sweat, focus
and push
your muscles
to a shaking
fatigue.
