Always wanted that long lean look of a dancer's body? This is the class for you. A fusion of Ballet, Pilates and the Lotte Berk method--a technique developed in the 50's in England by a German dancer. Designed to firm, tighten, and tone muscles and re-align the body without adding bulk. You will use the ballet barre, small hand weights and exercises on the floor, you'll work deeper into your muscles with lengthening and strengthening exercises which will help to create the body of your dreams. Designed for all levels with small, repetitive and deliberate movements that will make you sweat, focus and push your muscles to a shaking fatigue. This is ballet on steroids!

Shulder Press/Latt PulldownThis complimentary half-hour clinic will be held on Saturday, Jan 4th at 10:30 am. This Clinic will introduce a new or existing participant to the "30-Minute Express Circuit".. The equipment are specially engineered machines that offer double resistance. It is an enjoyable and effective circuit using adjustable hydraulic machines and a variety of cardio stations. Learn how to exercise without pain, no more remembering equipment settings, get improved energy within one week. You'll love the workout and the results!


A complimentary half hour clinic presented by a Certified Pilates Instructor on Saturday, Jan 11th at 11:30 am , is on  The Pilates Method (pronounced puh-LAH-teez) of body conditioning.

It is an exercise system focused on flexibility and strength for the total body. The Pilates Method is not just exercise. It is a series of controlled movements that engage the mind and body in developing strong, flexible muscles, without building bulk.


There will be a Free Yoga Clinic given on Saturday Jan 18th from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm in Studio #1. A different yoga topic will be covered every week. The clinic is taught by one of our top Yoga instructors, Robert Candelario. Please join Robert to get more one on one instruction and bring any questions you might have.

This complimentary clinic will be held on Saturday, Jan 25that 11:00 am. This Clinic will introduce a new or existing participant to this high-energy group exercise class. It will cover bike set-up and bike fit, class components and riding profiles. You will learn the adaptations to stationary cycling compared to other forms of cardiovascular exercise. Also we will discuss class preparation and health/safety issues.
